Overview

Quality System Specialist role at Kenvue. Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, Czechia, Prague. Work Location: Hybrid. Role reports to Regional Quality System Lead.

Join to apply for the Quality System Specialist role at Kenvue. This role is part of a global team focused on quality systems and compliance within a consumer health care company that owns brands such as NEUTROGENA, AVEENO, TYLENOL, LISTERINE, JOHNSON’S and BAND-AID.

What You Will Do

Fixed-term contract for 12 months. You will perform quality support duties including maintenance of the corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) and supplier systems. You will support special quality projects and ensure and maintain a state of inspection readiness. You will work across various quality functional areas and maintain expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Product Quality Reviews (PQRs): Compile PQRs for Internal MAKE per regional schedule and KENVUE global procedural requirements; source raw data from stakeholders; engage with key stakeholders on outcomes and requirements; manage end-to-end review and approval of finalised drafts; escalate compliance findings and actions to the Regional SME; participate in global Communities of Practice and implement global strategies.
  • Global Change Control (GCC): Generate graphs and collect data for monthly metric review; follow up on GCCs at risk, overdue & old; review weekly predictive metrics data; monthly review of the Metric Pulse regional status and follow-up on comments; own GCC for administrative purposes.
  • Investigations / CAPA: Generate weekly NC/CAPA reports; set up follow-up meetings on aged INV & CAPA records; handle ad hoc data requests; provide INV process support for end users; review weekly predictive metrics data; monthly review of the Metric Pulse regional status and follow-up on comments; provide support to the Regional QS team as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Quality Systems, Quality Control; Quality & Compliance).
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent understanding of quality systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a bias for action, while also being a team player.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience with EtQ Symphony.
  • Experience in Change Control and Investigation Management.
  • Experience with Minitab (advantage).
