About the Role

The Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP) is a dedicated learning and development path for fresh graduates, designed to support your first career steps within a leading global organization through a structured 2-year program.

We are looking for an R&D Process Engineer to be involved in important development projects of new machine processes and related machine units, in compliance with design standards and guidelines. You will work in collaboration with the rest of the R&D team, Mechanical – Electrical and Software engineering department as well as Assembly and Testing department during the validation phase.

You will be fully trained and guided in this role.

The position is based in Offanengo (CR), Italy.

What you need to be successful

• Real passion for technological aspects, process solution and machinery design and development
• Engineering mindset, structured approach to problem solving and best process configuration and parameters settings
• Passion for “office” activities as well as “hands on” real equipment, test benches, machines, products (diaper) laboratory quality evaluation
• Experience in mechanical design and 3D/2D CAD use (Solid Edge is a plus)
• Excel knowledge
• Use of main IT supports
• Availability for short travel worldwide
