We are seeking a Support Services Coordinator to provide diverse routine services to the Italian Business Unit. Responsibilities include clerical support, equipment operation, materials handling, custodial and logistical support, routine security, customer service, and assisting with team social events.
The role also involves proactive diary management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling bureaucratic formalities related to the Statuary Advisory Board and Board of Directors. Additionally, you will support the Head of Marketing with administrative tasks.
