Job Summary

As a Citrix Specialist at Amaris Consulting, you will serve as a technical and functional expert in the VDI domain, representing our organization to clients and contributing to product evolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist consultancy, guidance, and end‑to‑end support in VDI products.
• Recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness and service delivery through technology.
• Liaise with suppliers, driving functional, technical, and process improvements.
• Coordinate and oversee initiatives within the product team related to VDI sustain and product evolution.
• Ensure product compliance with internal standards and policies.
• Provide expert guidance to the support team for incident resolution.
• Support strategic decisions with periodical and on‑demand reporting.
• Drive and monitor product security hardening and automation through scripting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Citrix Virtual App and Desktop / DaaS (7.0 and above).
• Knowledge of MS Active Directory, OS technologies, and profile management best practices.
• Good understanding of Windows Active Directory Domains, Group Policy, Antivirus, DHCP, DNS, WINS.
• Experience with Cloud Solutions (Citrix Cloud / Azure is a plus).
• Knowledge of IS/IT standards and controls.
• Understanding of Agile/DevOps methods and ability to contribute to Agile teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with technical expertise.
• Fluent English. Italian is a plus.
• Effective communication at different levels, adaptability, and initiative leadership.
