Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on design documents and/or technical drawings.
Collect, compare, and evaluate cost submissions from factories and suppliers to recommend the most competitive option.
Establish, manage, and update pricing data, including material, hardware, finishing, and labor rates.
Review drawings, specifications, and material lists to capture all cost-related factors accurately.
Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for internal reference and client price proposals.
Create formal quotation documents aligned with company pricing strategies and margin targets.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Production teams to verify technical requirements and ensure accurate pricing.
Support development and execution of pricing strategies based on market trends and target positioning.
Provide cost breakdowns and BOQ documentation to relevant departments for execution.
Analyze estimated vs. actual cost and identify improvements for pricing accuracy or production efficiencies.
Manage and update all relevant project information within Click Up.
