SEO Developer

Overview: We are seeking a technically skilled SEO Developer with strong analytical thinking and a passion for driving measurable results. This role combines development, analytics, and marketing expertise to optimize our website’s organic and paid search performance. You will be responsible for ensuring our digital platforms are technically sound, data‑driven, and aligned with our overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis

Translate marketing and SEO objectives into clear technical specifications.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align website structure with keyword and campaign strategies.

2. Website Optimization

Maintain and review SEO fundamentals, including metadata, structured data, sitemap, robots.txt, and canonicalization.

Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance.

Ensure website architecture supports both crawlability and conversion goals.

3. Automation & Tracking

Develop and maintain automation scripts for keyword tracking, backlink analysis, and performance reporting.

Manage and implement tracking codes, including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Ads conversion tracking.

4. Development

Modify and develop website templates for SEO‑friendliness.

Ensure compatibility across various CMS platforms, including WordPress, Laravel, and Zoho Sites.

5. Integration

Manage dashboards and reporting systems using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and API integrations from Google and Meta Ads.

Support CRM and marketing automation integrations (Zoho).

6. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate data pipelines for SEO and advertising metrics.

Build insightful performance dashboards to track ROI, CTR, impressions, and conversions.

7. Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct A/B testing and monitor the impact of changes on search rankings and campaign performance.

Validate page and tracking integrity post‑deployment.

8. Deployment & Maintenance

Manage SEO and tracking deployments to ensure stability between staging and production environments.

Oversee ongoing maintenance of all SEO‑related technical elements.

9. Support & Troubleshooting

Identify and resolve issues related to indexing, tracking, or campaign data.

Provide documentation and training for marketing team members.

10. Compliance & Security

Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations.

Maintain secure handling of user and campaign data.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SEO implementation (on‑page and technical).

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion tracking.

Hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio.

Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog is an advantage.
