Reporting Line: Digital Content Global Leader
Location: European time zone
Work model: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business units to understand their master data and content requirements.
- Document current‑state processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert in master data and content projects.
- Contribute to data governance frameworks and support data quality initiatives.
- Serve as a key contact point between business teams and IT regarding master data ecosystem topics.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on master data.
- Strong understanding of product master data domain and experience working in multi‑system environments.
- Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database principles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
