We are strengthening our Cyber Security team and seeking brilliant professionals passionate about innovation and financial services.

The ideal candidate will support the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Information Security Officer in delivering innovative solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.

Your role :

Your duties and responsibilities

• Understand current threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols.
• Familiarize with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Balance security measures with user experience.
• Understand network architecture, encryption methods, and security software.
• Communicate with developers and security engineers, translating threat intelligence into product features.
• Explain security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the company’s Financial Services clients by advising and delivering top-tier security solutions.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and plans promptly.
• Create and monitor metrics to evaluate product security and efficiency.
• Develop consumer intelligence through external and internal data sources to enhance understanding of market, competitor, and consumer activities.
• Support and contribute to business’s product marketing and management intelligence through research tools and methods.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required :

• Master of Science degree with honors, preferably in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Passion for innovation and financial services.
• Preferably 5-7 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Italian and English.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation skills, teamwork aptitude, and strong customer orientation.
