Aprigliano Law Firm is a dynamic and fast-growing legal team specializing in Italian citizenship by descent. We have supported thousands of clients around the world in reconnecting with their Italian heritage, and we are now expanding. We are looking for new team members to join our customer care team and assist clients through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives.

As an Italian Citizenship Expert, you will support clients throughout the process of collecting and legalizing the foreign documents required to apply for Italian citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Providing email-based assistance to clients, primarily in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
• Guiding clients in collecting, legalizing, and preparing the necessary documentation.
• Analyzing discrepancies in documents and verifying naturalization records.

Requirements

• Language: Full professional proficiency in English
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience in the field of Italian citizenship by descent (Jure Sanguinis) is required.
• Education: A university degree is preferred.
