Operations Specialist

What you will do :

• Support commercial back-office operations from contracting to billing and debt management;
• Contact clients to clarify doubts negotiate agreements and collect debt;
• Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations;
• Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure adherence to protocols across key areas;
• Assist the manager in developing planning and coordinating operational activities;
• Ensure that operations follow local and national regulations.
• Monitor day-to-day operations report on performance and recommend actionable improvements when necessary;
• Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists);
• Communicate and coordinate with clients team (including executive operations team) and other stakeholders.

What are we looking for :

• Bachelor's degree in Business & Management or related fields
• More than 2 years of experience in an operational back-office or customer care roles
• Energy sector knowledge is a plus
• Proven organizational skills including time management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms
• Fluent English
