Jacket Engineering Coordinator Energy, Oil & Gas Project

General Description of Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the design and engineering of jacket structures for offshore oil and gas projects in the MENA and Europe regions.
• Review project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective and efficient designs.
• Monitor and track project progress ensuring that all design and engineering activities are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that jacket structures are constructed in accordance with the approved designs.
• Work closely with procurement teams to source materials and equipment for jacket construction.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the design and construction process.
• Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise during the design and construction of jacket structures.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments standards and regulations related to jacket engineering.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in jacket engineering for offshore oil and gas projects.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to jacket design and construction.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
