TBO.COM, an international award-winning travel tech organization, is looking for a top talent Operation FIT Specialist to join our Italian team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc.
  • Coordinate offline requests with internal departments.
  • Handle bookings and cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems.
  • Assist travel agents via incoming calls, managing reservations with special requests.
  • Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and individuals to find the best resolutions through outgoing calls.
  • Handle complicated cases with creative thinking, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Operate multiple online systems simultaneously to provide service to travel agents.
  • Resolve operational and administrative cases/tasks from start to finish.

Qualifications:

  • Service-oriented personality with high communication skills, fluent in English and Italian.
  • Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented problem solver.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, activating all resources needed.
  • Experience working B2B with travel agents or industry professionals.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies, products, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability to work night shifts, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience as a VAT Consultant is a plus.
