Join to apply for the Sales Back Office Assistant (m/f/d) role at GRUBER Logistics.

We are looking for a candidate who will support our Central Sales Team with administrative activities and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to the sales force, taking care of organizational and administrative tasks.
  • Pricelist upload in the CRM and pricelist management.
  • Calculation of diesel floaters.
  • Preparation of lists of leads to be used by the sales force.
  • Analysis, reporting and KPI monitoring.

Required Profile

  • Previous experience in secretarial or administrative tasks (not mandatory).
  • Attitude to learning.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Dynamic and goal‑oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good English knowledge (German knowledge is a plus).
