Responsibilities

• Research and acquire new clients from lead management through outbound, inbound, and recall activities.
• End-to-end management of the client activation process for acquired customers.
• Prepare detailed activity reports using the company CRM (Salesforce).
• Achieve assigned targets and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B telephone sales.
• University degree is preferred.
• Previous experience working with goals/KPIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Excel.
