As a founding member on the Milan sales team, you drive growth by building relationships with premium restaurants and leading a small, ambitious B2B unit. You mentor a team of Business Development Managers and collaborate with the Regional Manager to engage high-profile restaurant groups. You generate new opportunities, negotiate customer acquisitions, and influence market expansion within a technology-driven food platform. This role offers autonomy, fast pace, and visible impact in a rapidly growing industry.

  • Facilitate business meetings with high-profile restaurant groups in collaboration with Regional Manager
  • Generate new business opportunities through meetings with restaurant groups
  • Conduct negotiations for acquiring new customers
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Experience speaking with partners face-to-face, by phone, or email
  • Experience in demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients
  • Comfort with negotiations
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus
