Play a pivotal role in advancing the LEGO Group’s digital strategy and strengthening relationships with key retail partners in Italy!
With a focus on collaboration and innovation, this role will be responsible for optimizing the digital presence and visual display of our product portfolio at our retail partners’ websites, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all eCommerce channels. This role will deliver high-quality digital merchandising and content strategies, using data insights to drive performance, increase product visibility, and improve the overall shopper experience!
Please note: This position will be based in our LEGO Sales Office in Milan, and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

The Digital Merchandiser will support our key strategic accounts, working across the business with multiple functions to drive growth, and bring eCommerce/digital expertise to the Italy BU to innovate for the future.

The eCommerce team is an energetic, passionate and growing part of LEGO Italy team, leading growth in the overall Italy business as a strategic priority channel.
