Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is hiring for the Automation Hardware Technical Support Europe role. Remote-based in Italy or in Germany.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will provide second level support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on Automation Platforms. You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention. You will apply critical thinking to rapidly repair instrumentation, train customers and service engineers, support the Applications Team, and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems to support the commercial organization.
You will operate independently in the Italian/German territory and in Europe when needed (overnight travel required as needed) to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. You will work as part of a team to share standard methodologies, mentor others, and receive experienced technical support.
