BA / BSc degree from relevant departments (Business Administration or Hospitality Management degree would be an asset); 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience and deep knowledge of operation standards and customer expectations; proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian; good time-management skills; self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs; excellent problem-solving and communication skills; strong observation skills to identify bottlenecks and pain points; proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments.
