About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Analytics Consultant to join our Milan-based consulting team. This is a varied role spanning website architecture, UX analysis, media advisory and digital strategy. You will work on marketing analytics and marketing activations rather than setting up and optimising campaigns, so prior experience in marketing or web analytics is preferred.

You will be part of a small, collaborative team delivering data-led projects to large brand clients across industries such as luxury, automotive, retail and beauty. Projects relate to data collection, customer acquisition, onsite conversion optimisation and media-mix optimisation, with a customer-centric vision of digital marketing driven by systematic data use to support decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality outcomes for a variety of projects in the Ad Tech and Web Analytics space, in a client-facing role, supported by a team of technical specialists
  • Meet client requirements within agreed deadlines, track tasks for each project, and liaise with relevant owners internally and externally; foresee and escalate issues/risks as appropriate
  • Develop sharp operational expertise regarding web analytics and media-buy topics

Progression at fifty-five offers exposure to multiple disciplines; opportunities exist to specialise if interested.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Educated to degree level
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in web/marketing analytics (e.g., business analyst, data analyst, marketing analyst, or paid media buying)
  • Native or bilingual English is mandatory
  • Familiarity with the Google stack
  • Analytical mindset and ability to apply data to challenges
  • Detail oriented, proactive and self-motivated; good organisation is paramount
  • Curious and eager to learn; able to challenge and propose solutions
  • Flexible, versatile and works well under pressure
  • Collaborative and able to work well in a team
  • Strong interest in new marketing technologies and the digital industry
  • Interest in working in a small, growing team
