As a Partner Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of Odoo Partners, as well as being involved in business development with end customers. You have the unique opportunity to make an impact on both end customers and Odoo partners.

Our partners are system / ERP integrators and Italian IT companies that are adopting Odoo in their solutions portfolio. As the partner’s main point of contact, you'll coach them on best practices regarding their business strategy, implementation methodology, and product know-how, so they can grow their Odoo business.

On top of that, you’ll be in contact with a large diversity of customers across many regions. You’ll get to be a matchmaker by qualifying and providing demos to end clients, pairing them with your best suited partner.

What the job looks like

  • Enable Odoo Partners and train them on effective methods for selling and implementing Odoo software.
  • Act as a business coach: create and implement cross-functional processes for partners and customers to increase operational efficiency.
  • Establish long-term win-win relationships with your partner portfolio based in Italy.
  • Qualify end clients, demonstrate tailored solutions, and connect them with the right partner for their Odoo project.
  • Negotiate licenses and pricing with partners and customers, promoting the right value proposition.
  • Work with companies of various industries, sizes, and regions of Italy.
  • Empower and challenge your partners.
  • Retain sophisticated partners while coaching inexperienced partners into streamlined sales machines.
  • Take on real responsibilities from day one.
  • Build your partner’s portfolio from scratch, especially with new Odoo Partners. Your success is in your hands!

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a tech company as a salesperson (preferably with B2B clients)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about sales: you enjoy convincing, negotiating, and achieving targets
  • Proactive and initiative-taking attitude to support your team, partners, and customers
  • Valid work permit in Italy
  • Passion for IT and technology
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive environment
  • Experience as a Project Manager or consultant
