We are looking for part‑time Organizational Consultants to support our outreach and awareness activities.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing informational events related to health, hygiene, and well‑being.
• Managing contacts with third‑sector associations (pro loco, sports clubs, volunteer, cultural, schools, etc.) to establish collaborations and organize events.
• Planning and coordinating conferences, handling logistics, selecting venues, and scheduling meetings.
• Supervising events to ensure proper execution, managing unforeseen issues, and providing support to guests and speakers.
• Promoting meetings, including invitations, communications, and informational materials.
• Monitoring results and producing post‑event reports to evaluate effectiveness and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Auto‑moto (own vehicle).
• Diploma or university degree.
