Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Milan for a Hospitality Assistant. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors. The Hospitality Assistant will also play an integral part in preparing and hosting events and cultural programs, with flexibility for some remote work as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests and resolve inquiries.
- Experience in Hospitality.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work model, combining on-site and occasional remote responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Milan’s cultural and tourism landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are a benefit.
