Voith Paper Italia is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician/Mechanical Assistance Technician to join our team. The role involves specialized maintenance interventions on paper production lines and includes an international training program within our group subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

• Perform component revisions both at the company workshop and at client sites with short notice.
• Read technical drawings and schematics in mechanical and mechatronic fields.
• Travel mainly within Italy, with short international trips within Europe and the Middle East.
• Demonstrate qualities such as quality orientation, results-driven, autonomy, and dynamism.

Requirements:

• Immediate availability.
• Initial contract of fixed-term with potential for permanent employment.
• Salary and classification to be defined based on experience.
• Diploma or qualification in mechanical/mechatronic field.
• Basic knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the paper industry in similar roles.
• Preferably certified for operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
