We envision a sustainable future for our stakeholders. To achieve this goal, we are looking for skilled professionals to join our team in Avigliano (PZ). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the paper mill area in optimizing and improving processes.

Job Description

The selected professional will support the paper mill area in :

• defining and developing processes to optimize results;
• supervising the correct execution of processes in collaboration with involved departments;
• providing technical support to departments in operational management and criticality resolution related to processes;
• providing training and support to personnel affected by process changes;
• developing functional KPIs for monitoring processes;
• using statistical tools to identify causes of variation or inefficiencies and proposing corrective actions or preventive solutions;
• managing assigned projects within agreed parameters in terms of time, efficiency, and costs;
• supporting functions in resolving non-conformities or customer complaints related to processes;
• supporting departments in planning ordinary and extraordinary activities related to processes;

The successful candidate will ensure that processes comply with regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• a degree in Engineering or Industrial Chemistry;
• a good level of English (B2);
• good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• excellent time management and prioritization skills, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities;
• ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• excellent communication skills with various stakeholders.
