Mission
Design experiences, not lessons. Craft beautiful, cinematic, human learning arcs that feel alive, adaptive, and transformative. Your mission is to turn the Paradox OS into a learning system that challenges, grows, and personalizes with AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the full learning system architecture, from design to execution
- Script learning experiences that engage heart and brain—each word, exercise, soundscape serves transformation
- Co-create courses with experts, translating genius into cinematic, science‑based journeys
- Design AI agents, loops, and personalization that evolve with each user
- Iterate on courses using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics to drive transformation and stickiness
- Analyze, measure, and optimize KPIs of transformation, not just completion
- Conduct research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education)
- Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results
- Comfortable with AI tools and Figma; proven track record of designing digital learning experiences across media
- Portfolio of cinematic/narrative‑rich courses or learning programs

- Critical thinker who turns vague problems into clear hypotheses
