Key Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support and on‑site assistance to our customers.
Escalate complex issues to higher level technical support.
Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferible or Biotech/Technical/Electronic secondary school diploma, proficient English mandatory.
Open to travel, driving license mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Italian.
Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well.
