Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Global Design Manager. The Global Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing design projects from inception to completion. Key tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to design standards, managing project timelines, and providing leadership and guidance to design teams. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, resolving design-related issues, and promoting innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience in architecture, urban planning, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Experience with international projects and understanding of global design standards is preferred
