Interior Designer

BMA Milano is the European extension of Bobby Mukherrji Architects (BMA), one of South Asia's leading design firms with a portfolio of iconic luxury-built projects over $12 billion worldwide.

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our growing team in Milan. You’ll be part of an international studio working on high-end hospitality, retail, residential, and commercial interiors with a strong focus on innovation and design quality.

What we’re looking for :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or similar Field
• 2–6 years of experience post-graduation in luxury interior projects
• Strong portfolio with attention to detail and materials
• Excellent knowledge AutoCAD , and Revit is a plus (preferred).
• Familiarity with Rhino and 3DS Max is highly appreciated
• Experience with V-Ray , Enscape , or Lumion
• Strong graphic skills using Adobe Creative Suite
• Interest in AI tools for design is a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English
• P.IVA or eligibility to obtain it

What you’ll do :

• Design and manage all stages of interior project from concept to execution
• Develop mood boards, drawings, and 3D visuals
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and suppliers
• Research materials and trends
• Collaborate in a creative, multicultural environment
