One of the hospitality projects I support is looking for a talented Hotel Supervisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to grow into a management role.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting staff (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B)
• Ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction
• Organizing schedules and smooth daily operations
• Acting as a bridge between staff and management

Requirements

• At least 2 years hotel experience (supervisor or senior role preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Leadership, discipline and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
