Qualifications

  • Fluent English, spoken and written (minimum C1).
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365 tools (in particular Excel). Knowledge of accounting software is a plus, in particular Xero and/or TeamSystem.
  • Analytical mindset, financial acumen and excellent practical knowledge of general accounting, as well as accounting management for suppliers and customers.
  • Open, constructive and proactive.

PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

The purpose of this role is to support the Finance & HR Manager, ensuring the correct execution of the following:

  • Accounting relating to all the entities of the Group, respecting the accounting and fiscal deadlines.
  • Office purchases and payment flows.
  • Control of suppliers’ contracts and licenses.
  • Assistance in Audit processes twice a year.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Being part of the financial team implies handling several tasks, among which:

  • Process payments and invoices, from and to the Group.
  • Process reimbursement requests related to various events and meetings.
  • Prepare monthly cash flows.
  • Comply with accounting, institutional and legal requirements.
  • Formulate proposals to improve the quality and timing of activities. If necessary, he/she involves the interested parties to assess the impact on the entire cycle.
