We are currently searching for a Finance Business Partner on behalf of our client, a dynamic manufacturing company with a strong international presence based in Bergamo, Italy.

The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in the Finance team, supporting commercial decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Deliver financial reports with variance analysis and KPIs
• Provide strategic insights to support growth and profitability
• Prepare business cases for investment decisions
• Analyze product, customer, and channel profitability
• Monitor cost drivers and identify efficiency opportunities
• Support non-financial teams with financial guidance

Requirements :

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant Finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or multi-national settings
• Strong FP&A and budgeting background
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Skilled in data analysis and insight communication
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Proactive, with sound commercial and operational understanding
