Responsibilities

• To prepare and file corporate tax compliance as well as monthly tax reporting
• To provide pro-active tax advisory in corporate direct taxes areas to business units
• To support Group projects and initiatives
• To support the implementation and improvement of the Tax Control Framework
• To prepare Transfer Pricing documentation
• To support tax advice for M&A transactions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in national and international tax matters
• Proven experience in complex international environments (MNE or consulting firms)
• Strong knowledge of direct taxes, transfer pricing, international tax law
• Master degree in Business Administration or Law
• Passion to never-stop growing and learning
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Italian
