What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Lead and develop the regional Operations team to achieve organizational goals and foster company culture
  • Oversee end-to-end tour logistics, ensuring traveler safety and satisfaction
  • Manage vendor and supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Identify and implement operational process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Prepare detailed operational reports and forecasts to support senior leadership decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the regional travel industry
  • Strong understanding of European travel markets and regional geography
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing and training operational staff
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages (French, Spanish, Italian) as a strong plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Hands‑on experience managing multi‑day tours
  • Previous tour leading experience
  • Crisis and incident management experience
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
  • Bachelor's degree
