Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with clients, conduct business reviews, resolve concerns, and explore upsell opportunities.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and utilize CRM tools for sales activities.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with various teams to align sales efforts, provide field feedback, and lead and motivate sales teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex and urgent situations.
  • Some work experience and understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel abroad; overseas work experience is preferred.
