At Aitho, we are building people-focused technology solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and performance. We’re looking for a Back-End Developer ready to grow while contributing to scalable, reliable, and impactful web services.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in the full application lifecycle: coding, debugging, testing
• Write clean, maintainable code and documentation
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a Back-End Developer
• Solid knowledge of Java and Spring/Spring Boot
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and containerization (Docker)
• Strong problem‑solving, communication skills and a minimum B2 level of English
