CareGlance is a dynamic startup specializing in innovative solutions utilizing laser technology, industrial processes, and quality control systems. To support our growth plans, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with strategic insight, a Scientific or Engineering degree, and a strong network within the laser and industrial sectors.

Main Goals:

  1. Expand CareGlance's international market presence.
  2. Enhance strategic partnerships and client relationships for long-term growth.
  3. Achieve and exceed the annual sales budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close key sales opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract finalization.
  • Analyze customer needs and collaborate with R&D to deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Manage and expand existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate and oversee activities of junior team members, mentoring and supporting them.
  • Engage in targeted marketing activities to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Represent CareGlance at international trade fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Report sales progress, forecasts, and market insights regularly through CRM.

Required Qualifications:

  • Scientific or Engineering degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a background in laser technology, industrial processes, or quality control systems.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, sales negotiation, and deal execution.
  • Strong professional network and experience with laser-related companies.
  • Fluent in English with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Availability for international travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Driving license (Category B).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in startup or growth-focused environments.
  • Experience with European public tenders.
  • Additional language skills beyond English and Italian.
