Administrative Assistant – Gruner Stucky Ltd

Join to apply for the Administrative Assistant role at Gruner Stucky Ltd.

We seek a motivated Administrative Assistant to support the Italian Department and contribute to our international environment.

Activities & Responsibilities

  • Support daily department management and organizational needs (internal communication, fees and expenses, correspondence and PEC, procurement of goods and services, invoicing, database maintenance, Quality Management System, etc.).
  • Interact with corporate staff functions (HR, Finance, Communication, etc.).
  • Organize and prepare meetings and events (presentations, minutes of meetings, etc.).
  • Organize business trips (booking, visas) in collaboration with the head office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma focusing on Accounting or Languages (or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Full fluency in Italian and English (knowledge of French is an asset).
  • Strong command of MS365 applications.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and use internal tools (invoicing, project control, accounting software).
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, discretion, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivation to grow within a dynamic and evolving company.
