Responsibilities
- Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
- Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
- Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $1.5 million.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with relevant experience in Manufacturing)
- Intermediate experience in Materials Planning and Execution
- Strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills
