For an important multinational in the Travel sector, we are looking for an ERP Project Manager to join the IT Applications Delivery team in the ERP Finance area at the company's headquarters in Genova.

This role involves analyzing business requirements, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle NetSuite as the new ERP for the company within the Finance domain.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful implementation of ERP solutions within the Finance domain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP finance modules.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements for ERP system enhancements or implementations.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for ERP Finance initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Business, and vendors, to meet project milestones within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support during system implementations and post-implementation phases.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.

Experience Required

• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Project Manager in ERP implementations for international projects, specifically within the Finance domain.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Academic background in Informatics or Computer Science is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally with Oracle or NetSuite.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, diagnostic, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and ORACLE EPM knowledge are advantageous.
