Centauro Rent a Car is market leader in the car rental sector with more than 50 years of experience. Our head office is in Alicante (Spain) and we have offices in the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and energetic Branch Manager for our branch office in Napoli.

Responsibilities

  • Organization of team schedules to ensure proper customer service.
  • Ensure correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
  • Control operating costs to achieve targets.
  • Enhance cross‑selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) both personally and by encouraging the team.
  • Assist customers in operational management (acting as an additional team member when organizing schedules).
  • Ensure a positive work environment among employees and support their professional development and commitment.
  • Report to management on operation, results, incidents and receive necessary guidelines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car business.
  • Experience as coordinator of another operator valued.
  • Strong knowledge of operation details: vehicle incidents, cross‑selling system, etc.; commercial vocation and customer orientation.
  • Advanced level of Office Automation.
  • Fluent English; other languages valued.
