Online School Sales Manager

We are looking for a sales manager with proficiency in Italian and English.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Italian (at least C2)
• Proficiency in English (at least C1)
• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Experience working in a language school is a plus
• Telemarketing experience is advantageous
• Ability to handle large amounts of information
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Sell online English courses to parents of children aged 4-12
• Handle objections and understand the needs of the target audience
• Inform customers about promotions and discounts
• Achieve key performance indicators, including responding to clients within 2 minutes
• Communicate with teachers in English
• Maintain client history in CRM
