Based in Milan, Italy, the Head of HR for the Italy market reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for the overall people agenda, leveraging and maximising the impact of the total End-2-End operating model. The HR head sits as a member of the executive leadership team. The purpose of the Head of HR role is to partner effectively with businesses and functions within the market to implement and embed the Global Diageo and Italy HR Strategy such that the people and talent agendas guarantee and amplify organisational performance. They will also strongly collaborate with all areas of the business including sales, marketing, corporate relations and finance. The role has significant people leadership responsibility; therefore they will need to lead, inspire and develop a high performing HR team professionals with HRBPs and COE roles and role model as a business leader into the organization.
