About the Role

As a Project Production Manager you are responsible for coordinating, and supervising all production activities related to assigned projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards. You will work with Component Delivery Manager, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain team to guarantee successful project execution and delivery of components according to the schedule and contractual specifications.

You will report to the Head of Component Delivery Management and be located at Monfalcone, Italy. You will work onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor project-related production activities, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Manage interfaces between project management, production, engineering, quality, and supply chain

  • Identify risks and critical issues, proposing solutions to minimize impacts

  • Lead daily and weekly meetings, tracking project progress, preparing regular reports.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lessons learned, and process optimization within production.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent) or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production within industrial environments (Note this is an entry level project management role and not a Manager level position)

  • Knowledge of manufacturing production processes and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Lean Manufacturing).

  • Good command of English language (B1)
