We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead the global digital strategy for a fast-paced fashion brand with a bold presence across key international markets.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute a data-driven, innovative marketing strategy that drives brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives across all markets
  • Oversee all digital channels, including paid media, SEO, CRM, social, content, and e-commerce performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, optimizing spend to ensure strong ROI and performance against KPIs
  • Lead and grow a high-performing digital marketing team
  • Leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and/or e-commerce
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries
  • Exposure to or collaboration with offline/traditional marketing channels (e.g., retail, print, OOH, events)
