Mechanical Engineer Equipment&Packages - Waste to Energy plants

Participates in contract review of plants projects with the Engineering Manager and ensures POs milestones are achieved timely for all the plants equipment :

• Prepares and issues RFQ Technical Specification Documents.
• Participates in the technical negotiations with suppliers and in the kick‑off and regular follow‑up meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Carries out regular supplier technical expediting meetings with Procurement and Quality Engineer.
• Ensures that engineering‑related activities are completed on time and with high quality and facilitates the flow of relevant information to other disciplines.
• Cooperates with product responsible supporting the updating of document templates.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer Equipment&Packages in EPC projects of industrial plants with focus on rotating equipment (fans blowers).
• Able to develop guidelines and standards for defined areas of knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Italian any other language will be considered as a plus.
• Able to work inside teams spread across different locations and good time‑management.
