Job description

Gruppo Codognotto is seeking a

Site Manager

Reporting to the Logistics Operations Director, the person will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring the proper flow of materials, from inbound movement to warehouse placement and outbound preparation;
2. Controlling inbound and outbound flows to ensure timely delivery according to shipping requirements;
3. Analyzing all aspects of company logistics to determine the most effective means, processes, and organization for product movement;
4. Managing customer relationships, monitoring service levels, and implementing actions to ensure standards are met;
5. Achieving economic objectives through budget setting and performance monitoring;
6. Defining and implementing continuous improvement activities to reduce costs;
7. Coordinating a team of direct and indirect collaborators;
8. Monitoring labor provider performance through periodic joint reviews of productivity and service levels.

Requirements:

1. Degree in technical/scientific fields or equivalent experience;
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
3. Good command of the English language;
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, proactivity, and ability to manage emergencies;
5. Leadership qualities.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of solid experience in similar organizational contexts.

The work location will be Mantova (MN).
