Senior Data & AI Project Manager

Overview

Join a company with the creativity of a scaleup and the expertise of an enterprise. We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our Operations team.

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the organization of key client projects. You will lead end-to-end initiatives and ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the desired results; you will manage the relationship with clients and different stakeholders, respect the agreed project timeline, create and maintain project documentation and meeting notes, track and fulfill various tests performed on the solution. You will also be in constant contact with different technical teams to ensure the success of the initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization of key client projects and lead end-to-end initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the desired results.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, respecting the agreed project timeline.
• Create and maintain project documentation and meeting notes.
• Track tests performed on the solution and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Coordinate with different technical teams to ensure project success.

What you have

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Data & AI field.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (main frameworks and approaches) and Generative AI (LLM best practices and approaches).
• Strong knowledge of Analytics and Business Intelligence (e.g., visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc., and data modeling within different cloud infrastructures).
• Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and related project, task, and knowledge management tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence).
• Strong knowledge of the Office suite.
• Proficiency in managing relationships with clients.
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

We offer a competitive salary, with the possibility of company equity. The typical salary range for this role is between €60,000 and €80,000. Compensation will be reviewed as you gain experience and contribute to the business.

Additionally, depending on seniority and performance, you may receive stock options with a value tied to your base salary, providing a direct stake in the company’s success.
