Location: 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

We are seeking a Medical Doctor or Human Health Expert to join our team as an Expert Recruiter. This is not a traditional HR role; you will leverage your clinical and scientific background to source, assess, and vet the specialized minds shaping the future of medical AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment projects to identify and engage top-tier medical and biology professionals.
- Technical Assessment: Apply deep clinical knowledge to precisely evaluate candidate qualifications for specialized AI training roles.
- Project Leadership: Manage high-stakes, fast-paced recruitment cycles, maintaining a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on complex technical and medical requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify efficiencies and implement best practices to streamline recruitment workflows within the health domain.
- High-Signal Communication: Produce elite written content for candidate outreach, technical assessments, and stakeholder updates.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD) or Advanced Health Degree: PhD/Master’s in Human Health, Biology, or a closely related clinical field is required.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to articulate complex health-related concepts clearly.
- Process Mindset: A background in or passion for process improvement and workflow optimization.
- The "Grinder" Mentality: Ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient; a "bias for action" when solving problems.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within the Health, Biotech, or Medical sectors.
- Experience working within fast-growing startups or mission-driven technology teams.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and recruitment technology.
