The role

We are hiring a Global Operations Manager to strengthen operational performance across Italy. You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent Italian and English
• Apprenticeship or BA or BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
• 3+ years in freight forwarding or ocean freight operations
• Hands-on experience working in Italy
• Strong communication, structured thinking, and problem solving
• Ability to manage high workloads in a fast paced environment

Your Day to Day

• Ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions
• Coordinate with carriers, trucking partners, warehouses, and customs
• Support the team on KPIs, data accuracy, and operational quality
• Improve procedures to increase efficiency
• Lead operational onboarding for new clients
