Role – The Sales Associate reports directly to the Store Management Team and serves as a Brand Ambassador, guiding and retaining customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with an international clientele, communicating product details and PVH values.
• Apply effective sales techniques to meet set performance targets.
• Promote company culture and image by acting as a Brand Ambassador.
• Create a motivating and professional work environment.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards.
• Monitor sales floor stock, replenishing where necessary to ensure full product and size availability.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience in a similar role.
• Dynamic, highly organized with strong operational skills.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Exceptional customer‑service and relational skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, especially on weekends.
